Some times when a couple wants to take Divorce and they have three children, It is very difficult for the court to decide, let’s see one interesting decision of the court……
It was a very interesting case , one of my friend who was a lawyer in family matter courts , remembers one very interesting incidence ,
One couple came to take divorce in the court but major problem was they had three children and it was a very difficult decision for the court andalso for the couple to decide.
The judge asked them to decide in person to take the decision and couple left the court room for discussions.
When couple was asked about their decision , every body in the court room was surprisingly shocked when couple said ‘ Your honour kindly give us one more year , next year we shall again come to the honorable court , when we shall have four children……
and the judge immediately given decision in their favor…….lol
